We are seeking an experienced
DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Biller/Coder
to join our growing healthcare billing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of
DME billing, HCPCS codes, insurance guidelines, and claim submission processes
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and bill DME claims using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as required.
• Submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Follow up on denied/rejected claims, appeal when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with payer-specific rules and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and payments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  1–2 years of experience
  in DME billing/coding.
• Knowledge of
  HCPCS Level II codes
  and payer requirements.
• Experience with
  Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
  .
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Office.
• CPC, CCA, or other medical coding certification
  preferred (but not mandatory).
