Our work spans digital consulting, product development, and trade facilitation, acting as a trusted broker between companies and stakeholders.

We work with startups, SMEs, and global organizations to design and build digital platforms, e-commerce systems, and AI-driven tools that solve real-world problems.

As we expand into AI, automation, and agentic systems, we're looking for a Fractional CTO / Technical Partner to join the leadership team — someone who brings both strategic and hands-on technical depth, and wants to help shape the next chapter of IBS Ventures.

The Role

This isn't a regular job — it's a partnership opportunity. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to define technology direction, guide projects, build prototypes, and engage with clients as we take on new work.

We're looking for someone who's fluent in multiple tech stacks, understands technology, including Agentic AI and automation intimately, and can roll up their sleeves when needed. Someone who's well-spoken, confident with clients, and not just looking for income — but a place to create lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Co-lead technology strategy and architecture across IBS Ventures and client projects.
• Define tech stacks and delivery pipelines across web, mobile, and AI systems.
• Architect and deploy RAG / RAAG-based agentic systems using modern frameworks.
• Build and oversee web applications using PHP (Laravel), JavaScript frameworks (React, , , ), and Python (FastAPI, Django).
• Integrate AI and automation tools — OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, ChromaDB, and others.
• Utilize low-code tools such as Supabase, n8n, Lovable, Cursor, , and Retool for rapid development and workflow automation.
• Support the Founder in client discussions, scoping, and technical planning.
• Mentor engineers and developers; ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to internal ventures, helping turn concepts into working products.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Candidates from O/A Level backgrounds with strong English and communication skills are encouraged.
• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or technical leadership.
• Deep familiarity with full-stack development, AI/ML integration, and cloud architecture.
• Experience building or integrating agentic / AI-driven applications.
• Skilled in both traditional stacks (PHP, JS, Python) and modern AI ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Supabase, n8n, Lovable, Cursor, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — must be comfortable with clients.
• A builder's mindset: can think strategically and execute tactically.
• Available to dedicate real time and focus as a core collaborator — not a side gig.
