Data Entry Operator

Age Limit 20 to 25 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data into computer systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and update data in company systems with speed and accuracy.

· Verify, review, and correct data before final entry.

· Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.

· Perform routine backups to secure data.

· Generate simple reports when required.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

· Assist other departments with administrative support.

Qualifications

· Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (preferred).

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Familiarity with database or ERP systems is a plus.

Skills Required

· Fast and accurate typing skills (35–50 WPM preferred).

· Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

Experience

· 2–4 years

· Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Industrial sectors is a plus.
