Home Care Nurse

We are urgently looking for Home Care Nurse for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care at home according to prescribed care plans.
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support).
- Administer basic nursing care such as vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, wound dressing, and reporting changes in patient condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients.
- Support elderly, disabled, or post-operative patients in routine activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and family members to ensure proper care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Follow infection control standards and safety protocols.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and inform concerned persons immediately.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing Assistant / CNA or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, hygiene, and first aid.
- Experience in home care or hospital/clinical setup (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: 50k-60k
