Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for a designated area by managing distributor/dealer networks, supervising field sales teams, and building relationships with applicators, builders, and contractors in the paint industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales.
- Track product-wise and region-wise performance.
- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in potential areas.
- Promote new product launches.
- Develop relationships with influencers like painters, contractors, architects, and project heads.
- Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of decorative and/or industrial paints.
- Good understanding of channel sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business/Commerce).
