Full-Time Video Editor (On-Site – Valencia Town, Lahore)

We're looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Video Editor
to join our in-house team in
Valencia Town, Lahore
. This is a
full-time on-site position
for someone passionate about visual storytelling, YouTube content creation, and AI-driven video production.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for editing, producing, and color grading videos across multiple styles and formats — including
YouTube documentaries, shorts, ad creatives, brand promos, AI-generated content, and client projects
.

The ideal candidate can work collaboratively with the creative team to bring ideas to life, maintain consistency across multiple brands, and meet fast-paced deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce
    YouTube videos, reels, shorts, and ad creatives
    .
  • Work with
    voiceovers, stock footage, and AI-generated visuals
    to create engaging video stories.
  • Apply
    sound design, pacing, and transitions
    to maintain audience retention.
  • Handle
    color grading and cinematic enhancement
    for a polished final output.
  • Create
    motion graphics, titles, and lower-thirds
    when needed.
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to align visuals with project goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong command of
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent)
    .
  • Experience in
    YouTube storytelling
    , pacing, and retention-based editing.
  • Knowledge of
    AI video tools
    (Runway, Sora, Veo, Pika Labs, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Ability to integrate
    stock footage, cinematic transitions, and visual effects
    creatively.
  • Understanding of
    motion design and typography for social content
    .
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Film, Media, Design, or related field
    (preferred).
  • Prior experience with
    marketing agencies, YouTube channels, or creative studios
    is a bonus.

  • YouTube channels across multiple niches (finance, psychology, AI, storytelling)
  • Brand and social content for U.S. and international clients
  • AI-driven narrative videos and product explainers
  • Ad creatives and motion-based marketing visuals
