We are expanding our remote team to strengthen how we manage, curate, and orchestrate our growing library of training and advisory materials, along with user experience improvements of our online training platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
Remote Content & Knowledge Coordinator
to take ownership role in three areas:

1. Content Management – Online Training Platform

• Manage and enrich our online training platform that hosts video-based courses.
• Improve the learner experience by stitching course content into complete journeys: adding intros, expectations, summaries, transitions, and highlighting key learning points.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility across modules. Revise regularly and quickly, by enriching with latest video recordings and new areas of learning.
• Integrate certificate of completion / accomplishment of a course

2. Internal Knowledge/IP Management

• Manage and interconnect our advisory materials, which currently live across
  Canva (presentations), OneNote/Notion (meeting notes & transcripts), and Miro (templates & boards)
  .
• Help design a coherent, easy-to-navigate knowledge repository so that our growing team of coaches can quickly find the right templates, decks, or insights.
• Support onboarding of new coaches by ensuring resources are accessible and logically structured.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement an AI-driven tool like "Talk to Platform" to quickly find relevant materials specific to a member, a data discipline or a specific deliverable.

3. Team & Project Coordination

• Provide hands-on project management support across the team. Support rhythm-of-business excellence by timely planning and coordination of our advisory work, planning check-in with members, coach's distribution across the workstreams, regular satisfaction surveys, reminders of time bound and critical deliverables.
• Track, measure and summarize key deliverables, reminders, and weekly priorities for member companies and team Data Masterclass. Update business success KPI's across our internal departments on the regular basis, report inconsistencies, alarms and trending factors.
• Coordinate between coaches and the operations team to ensure smooth delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Content/Knowledge Management:
  Experience organizing learning or advisory materials (LMS, SharePoint, OneNote or Notion, or similar).
• Tools Savvy:
  Comfortable working with
  Canva, OneNote, Miro
  , MS Teams, and ideally AI-enabled knowledge tools (Notion AI, Coda AI, etc.). Strong prompt engineering skills and deep experience working with paid LLM tools like GPT 5, Gemini, Claude.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong organizational and editorial skills to connect fragmented content into coherent journeys. Highest sense of responsibility and personal ownership for content quality.
• Project Coordination:
  Ability to track tasks, manage timelines, and nudge the team on follow-ups.
• Communication:
  Clear, professional-grade written and spoken English; able to document processes and onboard others. Strong Copywriting skill is a BONUS.
