Annafeu Apparels is a fast-growing fashion and apparel brand known for its innovative designs and quality craftsmanship. We manage the entire process in-house — from fabric sourcing to stitching, finishing, and retail — and are expanding our finance function to strengthen operational and financial control.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate ledgers, and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the apparel or textile sector and a strong understanding of costing, production accounting, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledger, cash book, and journal entries on a daily basis.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) with reconciliations of suppliers and customers.
  • Perform costing analysis for stitched and unstitched products, including fabric, trims, labor, and overhead allocations.
  • Maintain inventory and production cost records, ensuring alignment with physical stock and CMT operations.
  • Record and track bank transactions, vendor payments, and expense claims.
  • Ensure timely preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for management review.
  • Oversee tax compliance (sales tax, withholding, etc.) and liaise with auditors or consultants when needed.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    B.Com / M.Com / ACCA (Part Qualified) / CA Inter.
  • Experience:
    2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the apparel, textile, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
  • Sound understanding of costing methods and inventory accounting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
