Data Analayst

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update databases and management information systems (MIS).
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Create dashboards and summaries for business insights.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper backup management.
• Support automation of reports and process flows where possible.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data or system-related issues in coordination with IT or vendors.
• Prepare presentations and analytical summaries for senior management.
• Assist in implementing new tools or systems related to data management and reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Google Data Studio is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred

Pay: Rs250, Rs300,000.00 per month
