We're Hiring: Customer Support & Sales Representative

Location: Rehman Abad, Rawalpindi

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Are you confident in communicating and passionate about customer engagement? We are seeking energetic individuals to promote telecom services in the UAE market through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers in the UAE
  • Present telecom service plans and offers
  • Manage customer inquiries and support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Sales confidence and customer service focus
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Freshers welcome; prior telecom experience is a plus
  • Rawalpindi/Islamabad residents are encouraged to apply
