finance and client-service team

We're looking for an
entry-level finance professional
who wants to learn fast, work in a dynamic environment, and grow in both
accounting
and
business development
.

Timing:
5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Karachi time) – adjustable with mutual consent as per management's requirements

Location:
Karachi (Hybrid – mix of office and work-from-home)

Salary:
PKR 40,000 per month

Contract:
3 months initially, extendable/convertible to a permanent role based on performance and Intelnest's requirement

What You'll Be Doing

This role combines
hands-on accounting work
with
client outreach
:

1) Accounting & Client Support
(training and guidance will be provided)

·      Assist the finance team in managing accounting work for Intelnest's clients in
Dubai and Pakistan
.

·      Work on
Zoho and other accounting software
.

·      Help prepare ledgers, reconciliations, and other financial reports under supervision.

·      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client-related accounting tasks.

·      Support the team in
research and writing for finance professionals' personal branding
.

·      Assist in
writing finance-related content for SEO
.

2) Business Outreach (LinkedIn-Based)
(training and guidance will be provided)

·      Use your
own genuine LinkedIn profile
(we believe in full transparency and ethical outreach) to connect with potential clients for Intelnest's outsourced accounting services.

·      Use a
company-provided email ID
to reach out to potential clients.

·      Communicate professionally and follow the outreach training and guidelines provided by Intelnest.

·      Support management in identifying leads and helping convert inquiries into active client opportunities.

Education:
I.Com / B.Com / BBA / ACCA / ICMA / BS Accounting & Finance (fresh graduates or early-career).

·      Strong grasp of
basic accounting principles
and a genuine willingness to learn.

Good written and spoken English
, confident enough to communicate with clients.

·      Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment
with clear performance expectations.

·      Comfortable working both
in-office and from home
(hybrid setup).

·      Must have
own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection
for remote work.

·      Students who study in the
morning/afternoon
and are free in the evening/night are
preferred
.

·      This is a
full-time role
– no other jobs, projects, or freelance work should be done during full-time job hours.
