Female RCM Speciaist

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients and patients. We're currently seeking a skilled Female RCM Specialist to join our team and support efficient revenue cycle operations.

Position Overview:

The RCM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage end-to-end revenue cycle functions.
• Review and process medical claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with payor requirements.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Identify and resolve claim denials or rejections.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records.
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries.
• Analyze accounts receivable trends and report on KPIs.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations, compliance, and coding updates.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with EMR and billing software
• Familiarity with insurance guidelines and reimbursement processes (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurers).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Note: This is an onsite opportunity in i10/3 Islamabad. Timings are 5pm to 2am PKT

Pay: Rs250, Rs300,000.00 per month
