About the Role

Romeo Staffing Agency is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic HR Executive to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who want to grow their career in HR, particularly in Talent Acquisition and employee support. You will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle, onboarding processes, and documentation tasks while working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Help manage and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
  • Support in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth employee onboarding.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for new hires.
  • Maintain organized employee files and support HR data entry.
  • Assist the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure clear communication with candidates and new employees, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition (internships also considered).
  • Fluent English communication – both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Willingness to work night shifts to align with international operations.
