Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Engineer - Steam Turbine at Adam Sugar Mills Ltd., located in Lahore. The Chief Engineer will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of steam turbines. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, conducting inspections, and implementing safety protocols. The role also involves diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, coordinating with other engineering personnel, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in steam turbine operation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in safety protocol implementation and system performance monitoring
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications would be beneficial
• Prior experience in the sugar mill industry is a plus
