Job Title: 2D and 3D Animator

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
2D and 3D Animator
with
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience
in producing professional animations, videos, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic sense, solid storytelling abilities, and the capability to
create their own storyboards
. The role requires proficiency in both 2D and 3D animation workflows, video editing, and collaborative creative development.

Key Responsibilities:
2D Animation:

  • Create engaging
    2D animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics
    for marketing, educational, and promotional content.
  • Develop storyboards
    for animation sequences.
  • Animate characters and scenes using Adobe Animate, After Effects, and related tools.
  • Design characters, backgrounds, and visual styles aligned with project goals.
  • Refine and edit 2D animations using After Effects and
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    .

3D Animation:

  • Develop
    3D models, textures, rigs, and animations
    for characters, environments, and objects.
  • Create realistic and stylized 3D animations based on project needs.
  • Work with lighting, rendering, and visual effects to produce high-quality 3D outputs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to merge 2D and 3D elements when required.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure creative alignment.
  • Manage multiple animation projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure all animations follow brand guidelines and meet technical requirements for various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience
    in both 2D and 3D animation production.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and
    self-created storyboards
    .
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Animate
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • 3D software like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, rigging, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sound editing and syncing.
  • Knowledge of rendering engines such as Cycles, Arnold, or Redshift.
  • Understanding of video formats, exporting standards, and platform specifications.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
