UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Design and deliver user flows, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Ensure the design meets both technical and business requirements while maintaining a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Collaborate with the development team to implement design elements and provide support during the development process.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product design current and competitive.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing promotional materials.

Requirements:

Proven 4-5 experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Portfolio of design projects showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Design, or related field is preferred.
