Office Rider Job Description

Position Title: Office Rider

Department: Administration

Reporting To: HR & Admin Manager

Job Summary:

OZ Developers is looking for a responsible and punctual Office Rider to handle official errands, including document delivery, collection, and other administrative support tasks. The Office Rider will ensure timely and safe delivery of company documents, parcels, and other items while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver official documents, parcels, and cheques between offices, banks, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks when required.
  • Deposit and withdraw cash/cheques from banks as per instructions.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping of deliveries and collections.
  • Maintain and regularly service the assigned motorbike to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety procedures while on duty.
  • Handle items with care and ensure confidentiality of company documents.
  • Support the admin department in day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric/High School education (Intermediate preferred).
  • Valid motorcycle driving license.
  • Prior experience as an office rider/messenger is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of city routes, locations, and traffic regulations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and time management.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents with integrity.
  • Polite and professional behavior with good communication skills.
