About the Position

Renexus Resource Group is looking for an experienced SEO Executive / Specialist to strengthen our digital performance team. We're searching for someone with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience across all major SEO disciplines—including technical optimization, on-page refinement, off-page strategy, and local search improvement.

In this role, you will take the lead on site audits, competitor benchmarking, and performance-driven SEO planning. You will work collaboratively with our content, development, and digital teams to enhance visibility, improve ranking stability, and drive measurable organic growth across global markets such as the US, UK, UAE, and Pakistan.

We need a professional who understands search algorithms, thinks analytically, and can execute SEO strategies with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-scale website audits to identify improvement opportunities across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and extract insights to strengthen ranking performance.
  • Develop and implement SEO plans that increase organic traffic and improve SERP positions.
  • Collaborate with writers to ensure content is both user-friendly and search-optimized.
  • Work with developers to incorporate SEO best practices into websites and ongoing updates.
  • Manage link-building initiatives, outreach efforts, and authority-building tactics.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research to guide content, metadata, and site architecture.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting speed, indexing, mobile usability, and crawlability.
  • Use basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support technical SEO improvements.
  • Stay current with algorithm changes, industry trends, and innovative SEO techniques.
  • Prepare weekly analytics reports to track keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and performance shifts.
  • Manage SEO for service-based websites targeting international audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
  • Strong command of SEO tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain SEO insights clearly.
  • Thorough understanding of ranking factors and search engine behavior.
  • Proven success in improving organic visibility and traffic.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to algorithm updates and evolving SEO standards.
