Digital Account Manager (Performance)

Role Overview
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for
managing app performance campaigns across multiple platforms and networks
, ensuring alignment with client goals, and delivering measurable results. This role involves
strategic planning, campaign optimization, client communication, and performance reporting
.
You will be the primary point of contact for our partners and clients, overseeing campaign execution from start to finish, and presenting performance insights and growth strategies to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize
app install and performance campaigns
across digital channels and networks. - Work closely with partners to ensure campaigns are delivering on
KPIs
such as
CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention
. - Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign performance and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with client teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics and MMP data (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) to track and measure performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and present campaign results to both clients and senior management.
- Share actionable insights to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Strategic Growth:
- Identify new growth opportunities for clients through innovative ad strategies and emerging platforms.
- Stay updated on
industry trends, performance marketing tools, and app growth strategies
.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
in digital marketing, specifically in
performance campaigns
for apps or mobile growth. - Strong understanding of
digital advertising metrics
and app campaign KPIs. - Knowledge of
mobile ad networks
,
DSPs
, and
programmatic platforms
is a plus. - Familiarity with
Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch. - Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
