In this position, you'll be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value leads that will directly support our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through targeted outbound calls, personalized emails, and strategic social media outreach.
  • Database Management: Meticulously manage and update our lead database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate in the preparation of client proposals and compelling presentations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to uncover emerging business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and insightful updates and reports to the management team.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's services and target audience.

Your Profile

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
  • Technical Skills: You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Digital Acumen: You have basic experience using social media platforms for professional outreach.
  • Attention to Detail: You have strong research and data management skills, with a proven capacity for organization and effective time management.
  • Experience: While we welcome fresh graduates, 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related role such as lead generation or sales support is preferred.
  • Education: A minimum Intermediate qualification is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
