We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior QA Engineer
with expertise in
Manual Testing
and strong working experience on
Salesforce platforms
. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications by creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute detailed
    manual test cases
    for Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
    .
  • Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, and configurations against business requirements.
  • Track, document, and prioritize bugs and defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Ensure test coverage for multiple Salesforce modules and related systems.
  • Prepare
    test documentation
    , including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years
    of professional experience in
    Manual Testing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Salesforce platform
    (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules).
  • Hands-on experience with
    testing Salesforce customizations, workflows, and integrations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    defect tracking and test management tools
    (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of
    SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce QA certifications (e.g.,
    Salesforce Certified Administrator/Tester
    ) are a plus.
  • Exposure to
    API testing
    (Postman, SoapUI) will be an advantage.
  • Experience with
    automation tools
    (Selenium, TestNG) is a bonus.
