Role Description:

As an Educational Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the process of selecting their educational and career paths, as well as providing tele-support to manage inquiries from students interested in pursuing overseas education.

Responsibilities:

Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to understand the needs and aspirations of students.

Provide personalized guidance and support to help students make informed decisions about their education and career choices.

Manage queries from students interested in overseas education via telephone, email, or other communication channels.

Collaborate with colleagues to conduct informative sessions and workshops aimed at empowering students with valuable knowledge and resources.

Engage in public speaking engagements to promote educational opportunities and benefits within the community.

Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, programs, and resources to better assist students in achieving their goals.

Requirements:

Preferred Bachelor Degree.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong analytical, team management, document preparation, marketing sales and time-management skills.

Digital literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.

Previous experience in education counseling / Sales or related field preferred.
