Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Multan for a Telemarketing Representative. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound calls, providing customer support, and addressing inquiries. They will also be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel services, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and following up with clients as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Proven Sales and telemarketing experience
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
• Proficiency in English, Urdu; other local languages are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
