Team Lead Sterile

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing operations at GSK Pakistan. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure equipment maintenance and smooth operations.
- Manage production documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Qualification, Skills and Education

- Pharm D is required for this role.
- 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with SAP or other production-related systems.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships and drive collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence principles.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
