We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging social media platforms—Twitter, Discord, and Facebook—to drive sales, engage with potential clients, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales through these channels.

Shift Timing: 6 PM - 3 AM

Responsibilities:

Social Media Engagement:

  • Actively engage with potential clients on Twitter, Discord, and Facebook.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to build rapport and trust.

Sales Generation:

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through social media channels.
  • Promote products and services effectively to generate leads and close sales.
  • Utilize social media tools and strategies to create compelling sales pitches.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly through social media channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Twitter, Discord, and Facebook platforms and their functionalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content and sales pitches.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and refine strategies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
