We are looking for a results-driven SEO Link Builder to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will focus on building high-quality backlinks to increase our website's authority and improve organic search rankings.

This role requires a strong understanding of white-hat SEO practices, outreach strategies, and the latest trends in modern link building. Candidates must be comfortable with both remote work and coming to the office 1–2 times per week for team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure authoritative backlink opportunities based on SEO strategy

Execute personalized outreach campaigns to bloggers, journalists, influencers, and webmasters

Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console to analyze backlink profiles

Collaborate with content creators to develop linkable assets

Maintain relationships with webmasters and manage an outreach contact database

Track, measure, and report on link-building KPIs

Follow Google's Webmaster Guidelines to ensure all link-building is white-hat

Analyze competitor backlink strategies to discover new opportunities

Disavow harmful or spammy links when necessary to maintain a clean profile

Stay updated on the latest SEO tools, trends, and link-building techniques

Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO link building or a similar role

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices

Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, etc.

Excellent communication and outreach writing skills

Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively

Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and Google Analytics is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Background in digital PR or content marketing

Understanding of technical SEO principles

Familiarity with social platforms and online communities for content promotion
