Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer
with strong design experience in Flutter-based mobile apps and React-based web platforms. In addition to core product design responsibilities, this role will involve producing engaging digital content—
short videos, reels, TikToks, and Meta ads
—to support marketing, product launches, and brand awareness.

This is a hybrid design and content creation role ideal for a creative who enjoys both UI/UX and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design (UI/UX)

  • Collaborate with tech leadership, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and applications.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to team members and clients.
  • Work within brand guidelines to create cohesive experiences across all products.

Digital Content & Video Creation

  • Ideate, design, and produce
    reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
    , and animated UI demos for social media.
  • Plan and execute short-form video content that explains features, product benefits, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives
    .
  • Use tools such as After Effects, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar to edit video content.
  • Repurpose product UI/UX designs into eye-catching visual assets for campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on mobile applications using Flutter and React websites.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and design systems.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Flutter and responsive design for Android and iOS.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience creating video content for digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads).
  • Comfortable using video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and digital content/reels/videos.
  • Excellent visual and motion storytelling ability.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Interest or experience in sustainability, recycling, or social impact projects.
  • Experience working in agile product teams or with tech startups.
