𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are hiring an Azure AI Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, secure AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on integrating LLMs, ensuring Responsible AI, and optimizing cloud-native architectures.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

1. AI Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end AI solutions with Azure services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning).

• Develop AI blueprints for data ingestion, model training, deployment, and inference.

• Architect Generative AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and prompt engineering.

• Integrate AI into enterprise apps, APIs, and chat interfaces.

• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with Azure AI Search and Vector Databases.

1. Data & Integration Architecture

• Collaborate on data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, OneLake/Fabric, and Data Lake.

• Enable data-to-AI integration for training and contextual AI.

• Define governance, lineage, and compliance frameworks for AI workloads.

1. AI Model Deployment & Operations

• Implement MLOps pipelines with Azure Machine Learning and DevOps for lifecycle management.

1. Cloud Architecture & Security

• Design secure, scalable cloud architectures per the Azure Well-Architected Framework.

• Implement RBAC, managed identities, private endpoints, and network isolation.

• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and standards.

1. Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Partner with data scientists and engineers to deliver deployable AI solutions.

• Lead AI design workshops, POCs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Azure OpenAI Service (GPT, Codex, Embeddings, etc.)

• Azure AI Foundry and Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, Language, Decision)

• Azure Machine Learning (model training, pipelines, endpoints)

• Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search for RAG-based applications

• Strong command of Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs for model integration and automation.

• Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Microsoft Agentic framework).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (AKS, ACI, Docker).

• Understanding of Azure DevOps, IaC (Terraform, Bicep), and CI/CD for AI projects.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• 8+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML and cloud solution architecture.

• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, transformer-based models, and RAG patterns.

• Experience designing multi-environment cloud setups (Dev, Stage, Prod) with scalability and governance.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).

• Experience with OpenAI API, Copilot Studio, Azure Bot Framework, or LangChain/Semantic Kernel.

• Exposure to MLOps, Responsible AI frameworks, and AI policy governance.

• Background in data analytics, knowledge mining, or generative AI applications.
