Qualification

• Certification or training in operating tractor backhoe loaders.

Experience

• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a TLB Operator or similar role in construction or landscaping.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license mandatory.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness (Dover test).
• Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
• Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
• Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor backhoe loaders to perform tasks according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Use TLB to excavate and backfill trenches, foundations, and other earthwork projects.
• Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and construction debris using the TLB.
• Operate the TLB to assist with grading and leveling terrain as required.
• Perform routine maintenance on the TLB, including inspecting, greasing, and cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work tasks and ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storing tools and equipment properly.
• Always follow company policies and procedures.
