Role Overview

We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to drive growth for our listing platform. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of designing and executing marketing strategies to boost property and vendor listings, increase brand visibility, and grow customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement
    digital and offline marketing campaigns
    to attract real estate hotels, service apartments.
  • Drive
    brand awareness
    and build a strong presence for in the Blue Area, Islamabad market.
  • Create
    engaging marketing content
    (social media, listings, ads, brochures, etc.) to showcase properties and products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to
    generate leads
    and onboard vendors.
  • Manage
    social media, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns
    for consistent growth.
  • Organize and represent at
    industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for higher ROI.
  • Stay updated on
    market trends
    in real estate, digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 2+ years of proven experience in
    digital marketing, brand management, or real estate marketing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    digital platforms, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
    .
  • Excellent
    presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Familiarity with Islamabad real estate.
