The Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our growing team. If you love crafting engaging content, building online communities, and want to gain international startup experience, this is the opportunity for you.

You'll have the freedom to shape AYVA's online voice, design content strategies, and directly influence how our brand is perceived in Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Build creative campaigns to tell our brand story (natural beauty, Ayurveda, eco-living).
  • Design posts, reels, and stories that attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor analytics and suggest strategies for better reach & engagement.
  • Collaborate with the founders to brainstorm fresh ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in social media content creation & management.
  • Ability to design aesthetic, engaging posts (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and startup culture.
  • Creative storytelling skills — ability to make Ayurveda & natural skincare exciting for European audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with flexible hours.
