Graphic Designer / Video Editor – Full-Time (Onsite, Karachi)

About Us
Kashif Iqbal Thalassemia Care Centre is one of Pakistan's most trusted and established non-governmental healthcare institutes, serving the community for over 30 years. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our digital marketing team. Your work will help raise awareness about thalassemia, improve our online presence, and create engaging, visually compelling content for social media, websites, and awareness campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Media Sciences, Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field
2–3 years of hands-on experience (healthcare or nonprofit experience is a bonus)
Strong portfolio that shows versatility and creativity
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
Skilled in motion graphics, animation, and creative transitions
Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear
Solid grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
Bonus: Knowledge of sound design, 3D elements, and social media trends
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create visually stunning content for social media, website, and campaign materials
Design eye-catching infographics to explain medical facts in simple, shareable ways
Develop print-ready awareness materials (banners, brochures, flyers, etc.)
Craft brand-consistent online ad creatives for Google, Meta, and other platforms
Repurpose designs for multiple channels while maintaining a unified style
Video Editing & Production
Edit engaging, high-energy videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
Add cinematic transitions, animations, and kinetic typography to keep audiences hooked
Produce short-form viral clips that align with current trends and platform algorithms
Create animated explainer videos for thalassemia awareness campaigns
Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and visual direction for digital campaigns
Capture behind-the-scenes footage during awareness drives and patient care programs
Edit documentary-style patient stories to inspire empathy and action
Apply professional color grading and audio enhancement for a polished finish
Maintain organized media libraries and project archives
Photography & Content Creation
Shoot events, portraits, and product shots using DSLR/mirrorless cameras
Set up lighting, backdrops, and gear for studio-quality visuals
Retouch and enhance photos for digital and print platforms
Experiment with creative photo-video hybrids (e.g., cinemagraphs, photo animations)
Creative Innovation
Keep up with design trends, video formats, and social media innovations
Suggest fresh content ideas that make our message stand out
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that connect emotionally with the audience
