Solution Architect

We're now looking for a skilled Solution Architect to design scalable architectures, guide integrations, and ensure our SaaS solutions meet performance, security, and business requirements.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end architectures for core product capabilities and integrations.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical designs.

Lead design reviews; set guardrails and architectural standards.

Partner with Product/Engineering on trade-offs, sequencing, and delivery.

Evaluate 3rd-party services and APIs; own build-vs-buy recommendations.

Provide technical guidance in customer conversations and implementations.

- Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and reduce architectural debt.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

4+ years in software architecture or senior engineering roles (SaaS preferred).

Deep knowledge of cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), distributed systems, APIs, and data stores.

Strong security mindset (identity, data protection, compliance considerations).

Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Pragmatic approach to designing for scale and iteration speed.

  • Bonus points for:

Experience with microservices, containers/Kubernetes, and event-driven design.

Exposure to sales-tech or workflow automation ecosystems.

- Pre-sales/solutions engineering experience.
