Job Title: Clerical / Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Support colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous clerical or office experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UK office standards and etiquette.

Working Hours: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
