Job Title: Clerical / Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Support colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous clerical or office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of UK office standards and etiquette.
