Sales Engineer
to support our growth by identifying opportunities, delivering technical sales solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across Real Estate, Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Military, and Government sectors
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through various outreach methods such as phone calls, emails, and networking events
- Plan and log daily visits and client meetings in our ERP system
- Apply creative strategies to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Maintain an active lead-generation pipeline through PPRA tenders, referrals, local builders, and ongoing construction projects
- Coordinate with Technical and Pre-sales teams to conduct site surveys, prepare estimates, and develop customized proposal documents
- Build and promote long-term customer relationships with high levels of engagement and trust
- Manage client relations throughout the entire sales lifecycle—from initial consultation to solution delivery and after-sales follow-up
- Provide detailed insights on product performance, competitor activity, and client feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and close sales independently
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding or willingness to learn technical aspects of low-voltage security systems used in commercial applications
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with well-developed organizational abilities
