Location: Onsite – PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Job Summary:

Xtend Systems is looking for energetic and target-driven DME Campaign Sales Agents to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves outbound calls to U.S.-based clients to promote and sell Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential U.S. clients for DME products.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and eligibility.
  • Explain product benefits and process orders accurately.
  • Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with clients.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Record and update call details in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in DME or U.S. campaign sales (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare or insurance processes (preferred).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Must be available for night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
  • Onsite position – PECHS Block 6, Karachi.
