Role Description

This is an internship role for a Barista and is based on-site in Lahore. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean workstation, and fostering positive interactions with all customers. The Barista will also contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive cafe environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Barista skills and Food Preparation techniques
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and during special cafe events
  • Prior experience in a cafe or food service setting is a plus
  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences
