Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer, based in Lahore. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing spaces, developing and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role demands collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to bring creative visions to life while ensuring functional and appealing interiors for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients to understand design needs, style preferences, and budget.
  • Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
  • Plan interior spaces for functionality, aesthetics, and safety.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and 3D visualizations using CAD or SketchUp.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Visit sites to supervise work progress and ensure design accuracy.
  • Research new materials, trends, and technologies for design innovation.
  • Present design proposals and revisions to clients professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience (depending on role).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong creativity, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
