About the Role

We're looking for creative and analytical Junior Game Designers who live and breathe games — especially mobile games. You'll help shape gameplay systems, mechanics, and levels that keep players engaged and excited. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who plays a wide variety of games, loves understanding what makes them fun, and has the curiosity and math skills to design great experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and prototype fun, engaging game mechanics and features.
  • Balance game systems using data, logic, and math-driven analysis.
  • Work closely with artists, developers, and producers to bring designs to life.
  • Create and maintain game design documentation.
  • Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve gameplay.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for game content, levels, and monetization systems.
  • Stay updated on current gaming trends, especially in mobile F2P titles.

Requirements

  • Passion for gaming — you play and analyze mobile games regularly.
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Solid understanding of basic game loops, systems, and player motivation.
  • Good mathematical ability — comfortable with numbers, balancing, and probability.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Unity, Unreal, or spreadsheet-based balancing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or modding small games (even academic or personal projects).
  • Knowledge of level design, UX, or game economy design.
  • Interest in data-driven game development and player analytics.
