Job Summary/Objective:

To proactively manage smooth Store operations on daily basis.

Responsibilities & duties

Store in-charge & supply chain officer job description should include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing the warehouse in line with the company's standards.
  • Complying with the company's policies and vision.
  • Overseeing the operations, such as receiving, warehousing, and raw materials.
  • Using the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency.
  • Daily stock count at the end of the day to compare it with the re-order level decided by the management.
  • Monthly stock count to be carried out and share the reports with audit department.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
  • Carry out inspection of the shipment received.
  • Create picking operations slip in Odoo at the time on receiving shipments.
  • Enter good receipt note in Odoo on receiving the shipment.
  • Any other task assigned by line manager or director.
  • Maintain documentation and record according to company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (Required)
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management must be Preferred
  • Maximum 2 years of Audit experience, ideally in FMCG
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities
