Sr. Officer

This position is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules in Primavera (P6) for brownfield and greenfield engineering projects. It coordinates with design and multidisciplinary teams to optimize timelines, manage project budgets and documentation, and ensure smooth execution. Key responsibilities include developing work schedules, procurement plans, resource loading, delay analyses, and maintaining project records such as drawings, submittals, and handover documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and critical path activities, providing early warnings to mitigate risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with updates, analyses, KPIs, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination between planning, execution, and project objectives.
• Manage cost control activities, ensuring project expenses remain within allocated budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, trends, and variances impacting project timelines.
• Develop three-week and three-month look-ahead schedules to support proactive project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:
• Drawings and Change Requests
• Punch Lists and OEM Commissioning Reports
• Handover and Project Completion Documents
