Key Responsibilities
Videography & Content Production

  • Shoot high-quality videos, interviews, podcast, office activities, and promotional content.
  • Create creative, trendy, and high-engagement reels for our social media
  • Capture on-site footage with professional camera equipment.

Video Editing

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using transitions, effects, and color grading.
  • Produce short-form and long-form content for marketing and branding.
  • Add text overlays, animations, sound design, and motion graphics.

Creative Reels & Social Media Content

  • Conceptualize and shoot creative reels aligned with brand voice.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and apply best practices.
  • Repurpose videos for multiple platforms.

Social Media Posting & Management

  • Manage posting schedules for reels and video content on Blue Healths social media.
  • Upload videos with proper captions, tags, hashtags, and descriptions.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams on creative ideas.
  • Support campaigns with engaging visual content.
  • Participate in brainstorming for new content concepts.

Equipment & File Management

  • Manage camera gear, lighting equipment, and audio tools.
  • Organize project files and maintain backups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or Reel Creator (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and video formats.
  • Ability to shoot and edit independently.
  • Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
