B.E Engineer Manager (For Site)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of industrial processes and systems.
• Analyze and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and solve production issues.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to engineering teams and other staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, including 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
