We are dynamic and innovative IT House serving clients in 30+ countries with different Niches. Our dedicated team of professionals collaborates to deliver exceptional design and web development services, enhancing brand identities worldwide. We are seeking a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B Marketing, and Lead Generation to join our team at our Township office in Lahore Near Amanah Mall.

Responsibilities

Profile Optimization & Management

  • Audit, optimize, and maintain multiple company-provided LinkedIn profiles.
  • Ensure consistency in bios, banners, service descriptions, and positioning.
  • Apply SEO/keyword optimization to improve visibility.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Use Sales Navigator to build prospect lists and send targeted outreach.
  • Run structured outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, nurturing).

Campaign Management

  • Execute organic content and manage paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and optimize for ROI.

Content & Messaging

  • Draft copy for outreach, profile content, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for portfolio content and thought leadership.

Lead Nurturing & Conversion

  • Manage ongoing prospect conversations and qualify leads into opportunities.
  • Track leads in Google Sheets or CRM if implemented.

Reporting

  • Submit daily EOD email reports to Manager (tasks done, pending, blockers).
  • Deliver a weekly summary report consolidating profile optimization, outreach,and leads generated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and management.
  • Good copywriting skills for outreach and LinkedIn content.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to measure ROI and improve performance.

Working Conditions:

  • Job Location: Onsite at Zainab Tower, opposite to Amanah Mall, Lahore.
  • Office Hours: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM.
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday.
  • Salary Range: PKR 60,000 to 80,000 (based on skills and experience).

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
