Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end sales for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project site visits.
  • Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads through networking, channel partners, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive conversions and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support customers with booking formalities and documentation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of high-rise/real estate project selling.
  • Customer-focused with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in high-rise projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85, Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
