Summary:This is a mid-level / Tier 2 level position in the TAC department. You will be working as part of a worldwide professional support team and your basic duty would be to resolve customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions as per the set SLAs.
Responsibilities
Set up, test, administer and troubleshoot Network IssuesWork with all major networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and othersMonitoring and keeping the track of all the services and monitoring tools e.g, Zabbix, Netbox, and othersCreate and update network documentation/diagrams for network implementationsSetup, Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP Phones and related servicesManage, administer, test, and troubleshoot CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances SystemsWork with virtualization technologies i.e. VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-VSet up and administer Active Directories and Server rolesSetup and Maintain Google workspace, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print Servers, and SQLKeeping the client software and servers up to dateSkills Required

• Bachelor's in Engineering related studies( CS, Telecom, Electrical, etc)
• 1 to 2  years of similar experience
• CompTIA Network+, CompTIAServer+, and MCSE.
