Manager IPD

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Peshawar for a Manager IPD at Rehman Medical Institute. The Manager IPD will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Inpatient Department (IPD), ensuring high standards of patient care, coordinating with medical staff, and managing departmental budgets and resources. The Manager will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

• Excellent managerial and leadership skills
• Experience in healthcare administration and hospital management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar capacity at reputable Hospitals
