Location: Hybrid – Karachi, Pakistan

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Target Region: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Salary Range: Market Competitive

Languages Required: English (Fluent), Arabic (Basic to Intermediate)

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Karachi, working exclusively for the UAE market. You'll be responsible for selling a wide range of digital and branding services, including:

Branding & Identity Design

Flyer & Brochure Design

Company Profiles (digital & print)

Website & Mobile App Development

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Social Media Marketing & Management

Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads, pitch services, and close deals with UAE-based businesses and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to UAE clients via email, calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms

Understand client needs and pitch the right mix of branding/digital solutions

Build strong relationships and maintain a sales pipeline

Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term customers

Coordinate with the creative and development teams to ensure client satisfaction

Keep up with UAE market trends in branding, design, and digital marketing

Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic quotations when needed

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in digital services or creative industries

Fluent in English, and basic to intermediate Arabic speaking skills

Familiarity with services like SEO, website/app development, branding, etc.

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Comfortable working 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT (aligned with UAE business hours)

Must be based in Karachi and willing to work on-site

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms

Experience working with UAE/Gulf clients

Previous experience in design or digital marketing agencies

Understanding of UAE business culture and service expectations
