We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our app, explaining its benefits, and converting leads into subscribers. Your role will be key in expanding our user base and promoting long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or lists.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our subscription-based app clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable subscription plans.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently handle objections.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Follow up with interested prospects via phone, email, or messaging.
  • Maintain records of calls and update CRM with feedback and status.
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
