  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Manage front desk cleanliness, supplies, and appearance.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR/Admin departments.
  • Assist in maintaining employee attendance and visitor records.
  • Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service–oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
