- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Manage front desk cleanliness, supplies, and appearance.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR/Admin departments.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance and visitor records.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or office administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service–oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
